The fabric is super cute but the pattern isn't great, and not made the way a beanie should be made. It's just two half ovals sewn together, not the typical 4 pointed patten a beanie should be. It's also finished with a zig zag stitch which surprised me. I contacted the shop two weeks ago regarding sizing. The size was to be a youth size, and I specified for a 4 year old. It's huge. It actually fits me not my daughter. Her reply was that it's because it's a slouchy beanie. I have numerous slouchy beanies for both myself and daughter, the slouch comes from length, not width. And width is the issue here. I said that and never got another response from the shop. The customer service is clearly lacking. I ended up altering the size myself, but frankly it still looks sloppy due to the poorly made pattern.

The leggings are adorable! Im sure they are very high quality and so cute but I haven't even seen them yet! The customer service, however, was awful. I ordered these on August 2 and they still haven't shipped on September 13! It said they would take about 4 weeks to ship but apparently they were having issues with the fabric or something. Nobody contacted me to tell me that my item was taking longer. It wasn't until I contacted a week ago that I knew this. I was assured that they would ship soon but they still haven't even shipped. I ordered these for a baby shower that happened two weeks ago. I'm so upset with the service from this shop.

Christina's customer service is above all others! Her product is adorable and I recommend her shop to all mamas. Honestly, if you don't choose her shop for your needs for any other reason than her kindness, generosity, and customer service there is no way you will be disappointed.
